I could not be happier with Adept Moving Company. After shopping around for a few days, I decided to go with them based on Yelp Reviews and price, and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to move. The two movers they sent out, Andrey and Vadim, were exactly what I had hoped for; they handled and treated everything like it was their own and I knew pretty quickly after they started I was in good hands. Any future moves, they will be my first call, and more specifically, ask for Andrey and Vadim again.
Wow is all I can say..... Anatoly and Vadim were thee best movers ever! They never complained about moving furniture twice. Big right? Wrapped all my stuff and kept it safe without damage. I will definitely use them again on my next move. I have used several moving companies and they were the best! Thanks guys!
The last time we moved we had a very bad experience (with a moving company that is no longer in business). So before this move we were very cautious. We chose Adept Moving based mostly on Yelp's reviews. To begin with, the foremen are very knowledgeable and polite. We agreed on everything over the phone. The movers were punctual and showed up early. We had a big house and the movers were very careful and loaded everything on the truck without a problem. They stayed to unload over at the new house until 1A.M! Yes, they basically didn't leave until everything was off the truck and they were still careful, professional and polite even though it was so late and everybody was tired. We had some more things to move out the next day, and the experience was the same - excellent. I highly recommend Adept Moving Company.
What a great move. I highly recommend this company because they do exactly what they say they also bring boxes and box your stuff for you as I thought I boxed everything right but trust me I did not. They were actually on time even though they had a move before and they even notified me with a couple calls telling them they're finishing their lunch and I'll be right over. The two movers Andre and the Vadim were extremely nice patient and took extra good care my nice are and even my junk lol. I instantly trusted them because they had so many reviews on Yelp and they had a star rating and they actually provided the service that I heard people wrote the reviews for. They are hourly but they did not seem to slow down ever and that really shows that they care about saving you money. It's amazing how they use to shrink wrap to make sure everything is well protected I didn't expect that but they sure took their time that padding everything. They are by far the best moving company I've used in Los Angeles city and county. My dog liked them and that means they're nice people as he is the best judge of them all. They were patient with my dog and obviously have worked with animals and moved many times. Overall I give the a A plus plus thanks guys I will call you again hopefully not too soon I don't want to move but I will call you when I do have to move.

I have moved about 5 times in the past year, and have had experience with many moving companies. This was a local move within LA,so I called about 5 different companies for price comparison. Many of the companies in LA have costs to consider such as hourly rate and hourly minimum (usually 3-4 hours), sometimes truck rental, double drive time (which seems to be standard no matter what company), and some costs for packing supplies as needed. I had a great experience with Adept, getting a quick response from Daniel at the office. First we communicated through yelp messaging, then he sent me an email to confirm. When he wanted to clarify something I misunderstood in my email response, he called me directly to clarify. I received personalized text messages to confirm the day beforehand, and it was a smooth booking process. The day before my move, they also googled my home to plan out parking, which seemed pretty organized to me. On the day of the move, Ilia, Sasha/Alex, and Slavik were fantastic. They arrived early (!) but were happy to wait since I was just getting back from errands. I was moving from an apartment complex and offered to have them move their truck closer to my place, but they were considerate of other cars and people that needed to get around the truck. So they parked a little ways off and carried boxes and furniture farther distances without complaint and still very quickly. Once they started the move, they focused on the job and it was coordinated and efficient.They kept our move as close to the minimum time as possible, and did all of this very professionally. They work very hard and are serious about the job, but they are also friendly. All of the staff cared about doing a good job and it was a positive experience for me. I am glad we used Adept to move and I'd recommend them to others.
Amazing experience with Adept! Vadim, Dmitri and Andrey were awesome. They worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I will use adept for my next move! Really nice guys and easy to work with- I highly recommend!!
