The whole process was really smooth. I filled everything out online and then called to follow up. I later received my email and everything was good to go in a short amount of time. I choose the 2 movers @$59 an hour for 3 hours and they were great! The move was complete in the 3 hour time frame with time to spare. They were on time and ready to go. Some of my furniture is very heavy but they were able to move it without complaint. I appreciated that. I was very clear in communicating this from the beginning. Anatoli and Ivan were the best! My wife and I can't recommend Adept Moving and Storage highly enough. In fact, we feel not only in debt to Adept, but the two wizards of perfect and caring, accident-free moving, Sergey and Slavik, absolutely were our saviors through a very difficult and emotional change in our lives. So, yes, Adept is a blessing and Adept is blessed to have these two Supermen of moving. We're Adept's new champions and Sergey and Slavik are our two new best friends.

Just finished a small but important move and Andrey and Sergey were perfect and handled everything with care and finished up everything fast and efficiently.
Came on time, were extremely professional, and worked quickly. They packed and moved a 3br house within 8 hours. TIP: buy your own boxes, shrink wrap and masking tape. They charged $60 per roll of shrink wrap and $8 per roll of masking tape. You can get each of those at third of the cost.
Sergey & Vlad were great!! Very professional! I'm so grateful I chose Adept. I've had some pretty bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but these guys were amazing. They took great care in handling all my furniture and boxes, and didn't complain or get frustrated when my couch wouldn't fit out the door of my apt. They just solved the problem & got the job done!
Anatoli and Ivan were great! Nice professional dudes, fast, efficient, and careful. Customer service was good at providing all the info I needed as well.
